Speaker A Our company, Chemical Corporation, is headquartered in Saskatoon and we're involved in the mining business, mining of uranium and in producing nuclear fuel for electricity producers around the world. Today we have about 5000 employees spread around the four corner of the world and our revenues are in the area of about $2.5 billion per year and growing. I'm delighted today to have the chance to talk to you a little bit about some of the issues we have faced in our company over the past few years and how we've applied accountability based principles to deal with some of these challenges. 2007 and eight were very challenging years for CAMICO.
