Speaker A As far as I know, there has been no updating. The real answer is in the Boulder, the four volumes that Ken dropped on the desk the other day. Okay, so I keep trying to get this from Ken Kratic, and I get rather cryptic answers from him, but as far as I'm aware, there has not been a systematic I mean, one of the things we need to do in a conference is make a list of research questions. This is one of them is, let's really get some good data. And by now, I mean, BIOS has 40,000 people in its database. Surely we ought to be able to get something useful from that. The thing that we have even less notion of is the distribution of level of capability. In Elliot's last book, The Meaning of Life, he mentions this, his best reading from his own work with people, that Stratum One has 40% of the adult population is currently at Stratum One. I'm going to say 41%, because there's an error in the table that a client found that it had added it up to 99% in the book. So 41% at Stratum 210 percent not yet at Stratum One. All right, seven one and then 1% above that. But you have a scientific census where you systematically get people at random, and 10,000 of them, and you do a full assessment of their level of capability. This is at the other end of the spectrum. This is Elliot jacks kind of taking a look around. So we really need to know. That your second question. I want to use that if I can remember it tomorrow morning, and I'll treat it as my own. I think there is great danger in all of this that our expectations color our judgment. I know in myself, I'm aware that when I do a time span interview, usually three minutes into it, I have a pretty good idea. This is a Stratum Three role, and now I'm going to push you and push you until I get an 18 month task out of you. And I've got to really the only thing gives me there have been times when I say, jeez, I'm really stumped here. That gives me more confidence, actually. But the problem with a science, particularly a science where so much judgment is involved, is exactly that danger, that it gives you predictions, that give you expectations, that can then color your judgment. So I'd like to say, no, we are pure, we're clear, but I have no evidence one way or the other. Yeah, you SA.
