- Ro for students is a great tool, not just in a classroom, but they can use it immediately in various aspects of their personal life. Once you clarify the language, well, I tell you, it's much more efficient.

Speaker A By the way, this is where we laugh about the cult aspect of Ro. But that's part of it. I mean, in cults you share somebody said once, do I have a secret handshake as well? No, there is no handshake. There's just this language. We talk about levels and managers. We would laugh that with Ro you can spot a manager at 50 paces, okay? And you don't need to spend a lot of time. You ask them three or four questions and you've got your answer. So it becomes kind of a cult from that standpoint, but boy, very efficient. And I used to give an example that try this sometime. Go to your company cafeteria and post a note in the door. All supervisors meet in the cafeteria at twelve noon and step back and see who shows up. And will the CEO show up? Because he or she still supervises, right? And so forth. And I said, once you clarify the language, well, I tell you, it's much more efficient. And the students leave, and I got to prepare them for this. Listen, when you get out there, not everybody has heard this and knows the language. But I said, you have to put it in different ways so people don't think you're talking down to them, first of all. And also, certainly they're not part of some cult. But for example, I said, when you leave here, first of all, since you've taken my course, in this case a graduate student, and I know you very, very well, and most of them take more than one course from me, you have an automatic right to use my name as a reference. You don't need to call me for mission. I appreciate the politeness, but we've been through this. You don't do that. What I do ask of you, though, is if you're right now Stratum Three, and I always have an idea where they are when they leave. When you apply for a job and you've been referenced, you tell your potential employer when they call me to have at least a Stratum Three person call me, because I don't want to waste my time talking to a clerk who's going through a checklist about things like punctuality, height, weight and that kind of stuff. And I the reference I can give is a very meaningful one, but only if the right person calls me. Now, I say put that politely, okay? But you know the language and you got to say, listen, you got to find somebody who can tell. Understand what this guy says when he talks about my capabilities. And that's been a refreshing change in my life. And my point is here is ro for students is a great tool, not just in a classroom, but they can use it immediately in various aspects of their personal life.
