Speaker A From being an employee who's working hard and being stressed, I now found my own space. I found room to be myself. And I had to challenge myself, myself on the right dimensions, rather than challenging myself to compromise. And I could challenge myself to do the right thing. And that's a huge, liberated me. I always consider that the beginning of my successful life as a manager. And I think as a human being in that context, I came out as, hey, I can do this. I can be enthusiastic. I can actually speak in front of people and be passionate. Most people thought of me as a pretty dense, Germanic, arrogant person before. And I think that if you talk to people from that experience would consider me.
